Ходили с девушкой гулять, у нее сломался каблук. Начали искать место где могут сделать, набрели на "Секундочку", мастер взял обувь, посмотрел, сказал что за 30 минут управится. Мы там провели в общей сложности где-то минут 40, но каблук был поправлен)) спасибо ребятам за оперативность!

Неделечку? Месяцок? Проходил как-то мимо, купил шнурки. С виду мастерская очень понравилась, похожа на сервис европейского уровня. На полках лежит элитная обувная косметика, колодки из кедра и т.п. За стойкой приятный мастер-продавец, одет по офисному дресс-коду. Задал вопрос про профилактику на кожаную подошву, получил развёрнутый ответ с демонстрацией роскошной кожаной туфли. В общем решил отнести к ним свои новые туфли для установки профилактики на кожаную подошву. Дело было 12 апреля вечером. Всё очень культурно. Сказали что если бы пришёл чуть раньше, забрал бы готовые через час. А так договорились на 16-е. Никаких проблем. Прихожу в условленный день - точка закрыта белыми рольставнями, никаких объявлений нет. Я в шоке. Продавщица из соседнего павильона сказала что и вчера не работали. Захожу с телефона к ним на сайт, в контакты, набираю указанный телефон - предлагают набрать добавочный или дождаться ответа секретаря, потом сбрасывают. Никакого секретаря там нет, звонил уже больше 10 раз в разное время с разных телефонов. Написал вопрос на указанную электронную почту - ответа до сих пор нет. Ситуация хуже не придумаешь, очень волнуюсь за свою обувь. Туфли стоят 14500 руб, для меня это большие деньги. В общем надеюсь забрать свою обувь и больше к ним ни ногой. Почитал про них в сети - очень много негативных отзывов.
