Ничего такой магазин, есть к чему стремиться. За персонал тут уже за меня все сказали, нужно менять, или учить) Ну а так ассортимент магазина довольно неплохой. Продукты всегда свежие, хранятся как положено. В магазине чисто, убрано, это радует. Все расставлено аккуратно. Цены тут сравнительно низкие. Добираться сюда мне удобно, живу рядом. Атмосфера в магазине в принципе нормальная, но бывает конечно, что сами продавцы ее портят.

13.01.2013 я пришёл в этот магазин, чтобы купить несколько бутылок приличного вина. 20 (двадцать!) минут я пытался найти продавца из соответствующего отдела. Однако, продавец оказался неуловим, коллеги его смогли сказать только "посмотрите в пиве", "где-то здесь должен быть". Ушёл с пустыми руками. Ситуация, когда клиент, готовый заплатить серьёзную сумму за покупку, в крупном магазине известной сети, в самом центре Москвы должен ИСКАТЬ продавца - по-моему, это проявление просто потрясающего хамства и отсутствие элементарной клиентоориентированности. Более в этот магазин я не приду, естественно. И позабочусь, чтобы мои знакомые выбирали иные места для покупок. Персоналу же хочу пожелать больших успехов в изучении элементарных правил обслуживания клиентов.
