Спасибо менеджеру Наталье Медведевой - очень мне помогла, большой профессионал!! Отличные ребята на складе!! SDM Luce и аффилиированный Pile продают много старого б\у оборудования уже без гарантии, а за получение запчастей (которые производитель готов поставить бесплатно) Сергей Марчев (которого итальянцы почему-то в переписке называют "Маркизой") заломил комиссию, превышающую стоимость самой запчасти... Видимо, это связано с общей основной политикой ценообразования.
