Место хорошее, проходное. Для меня не нравится то, что курс обмена валют в этом банке не совпадает с их курсом на официальном сайте банка. Рассчитываешь на одни деньги, а по факту получается другие. И почему так?

"Отличное" обслуживание, вбили мою фамилию неправильно при открытии счета, потом переделали, а когда вносить деньги надо, платёжка опять с неправильно фамилией, но говорят: подписывайте, договор же правильно заполнен, подумаешь платёжка. Слов нет, одни эмоции, банковское обслуживание на высшем уровне!

Сотрудничать с банком СДМ стали сравнительно недавно. При открытии расчетного счета нас порадовали подарки. USB-токен в подарок. 6 месяцев после открытия счета — скидка 50% на проведение платежей по системе Банк-клиент. Неожиданно)) По всем вопросам обычно звоню на горячую линию, но подавал документы в отеделнии. Поэтому скажу, что персонал доброжелательный и толковый.
