В дождливый октябрьский вечер, в радостном предвкушении распаковки своего заказа я пришла в данный пункт выдачи. Дождалась своей очереди, назвала номер идентификатора.... Оказалось, что мой заказ находиться на пункте выдачи, но выдать мне его не могут, так как не указана моя фамилия, а только имя. И тут вопрос: почему компания СДЭК принимает заказ без фамилии для пересылки, а выдавать отказывается? На моё предложение посмотреть эл.письма от отправителя и эл.чек мне ответили "Может прийти любая Екатерина и получить ваш заказ". Не думаю, что "Любая Екатерина" будет заморачиваться и ломать мою эл.почту чтобы получить недорогой заказ из магазина рукоделия. В общем настроение было сильно испорчено, заказ не получен и что делать дальше не понятно... А также, расстраивает тот факт, что при входе весит большое объявление о том, что в компании введён масочный режим, но сотрудники его не соблюдают и обслуживают посетителей без средств индивидуальной защиты!

Ближайший пункт выдачи. Очень удобно, заказал что надо и забрал потом когда мне удобно - чтобы не ждать целый день курьера. Сколько здесь был - очередей не было, максимум один человек передо мной.

Договаривались на конкретный день. Так как в Подмосковье нельзя примерять, договорилась на Москву. Интервал сделать нельзя, пёрлась с утра и ждала весь день в Москве. Я звонила уже вечером в СДЕК, где доставка-они говорили, что передали курьеру, ожидайте. Курьер так и не приехал. Я просидела там с 9 до 23.30, так как меня кормили обещаниями. Сам СДЕК трубку уже не брал, это мне обещал сам магазин. Звонят мне через три дня-сможем сейчас доставить, а я далеко. В общем всем рекомендую не работать со сдеком. Дозвониться им было сложно, не с первого раза. Отношение наплевательское. Потеряете время и силы.
