Общался с персоналом дважды. Оба раза впечатление самое поганое. Молодые сотрудники на выдаче по некомпетентности и стилю общения удивительным образом воскрешают воспоминания о застойном социализме. По первому жпизоду пришлось накатать офиц.. жалобу на оператора. Конечно, официального ответа не дождался, плюнул..Во второй раз обе девицы верещали во весь голос, запрещая ( а потом умоляя) не выкидывать скромную бумажнуую упаковку в специально установленную для у дверей большущую урну, которой при мне воспользовались два предыдущих клиента..Эту контору советую просто обходить стороной, совок, ничего более.

самый классный филиал Сдэка в моем личном рейтинге. Чтобы вы понимали, самый отвратительный находиться в моем доме. посылки я отправляю часто и теперь только на ул. Хлобыстова, 14 корп. 1. не смотря на то, что на дорогу приходиться тратить время , я экономлю его в процессе отправки. так же у сотрудников всегда отличное настроение и они готовы помочь с любым вопросом. 5 баллов!

вместо того что бы доставить посылку в ближайший ко мне сдэк через дорогу компания решила что будет забавно если мне придется 40 минут идти до другого пункта выдачи пешком спасибо
