По качеству и скорости ремонта притензий пока нет, но уточняйте заранее полный пакет документов и их форму для получение железки обратно, а также перед приездом поинтересуйтесь у них, поступила ли оплата, ато есть шанс покататься просто так) Они, по-ходу, считают, что всем ещё в школе преподают, как мантру, какие документы надо им везти и типа все в курсе. Сами они вам об этом, конечно же не скажут, чтобы у Вас был приятный сюрприз.

В случае оформления заказов от юр. лица, для получения оборудования из ремонта, представителю организации всегда необходимо иметь при себе доверенность. В случае когда проводится платный ремонт, оборудование выдаётся только после получения оплаты счета, выставленного ранее, если данная процедура не оговорена особо в долгосрочном договоре на обслуживание технике.

Два раза ремонтировал ноутбук Lenovo по гарантии. Первый раз ремонт делали долго, но об этом предупредили заранее (задержка была связана с китайскими праздниками). Второй раз очень быстро. Рекомендую!

Шараш-монтаж. Взяли с меня 6500.Должны были заменить мат.плату. При вскрытии оказалось,что не поменяли.

Уважаемый клиент!Судя по указанной стоимости ремонта, 6500, Вам был произведен ремонт материнской платы без замены ИМС.Подскажите, пожалуйста, ваши контактные данные или номер ремонта, чтобы мы могли поднять историю ремонта и сообщить детали

Ремонтировал у них по гарантии ноутбук Dell в 2009 году, сервер Dell в 2017 так же по гарантии. Ремонт обоих устройств занял примерно неделю. Нареканий нет. В ближайший месяц понесу планшет Lenovo на ремонт, уже не гарантийный, по результатам напишу еще один отзыв.
