Отвратительное обслуживание! Обратилась за справкой, по остаткам денежных средств на счёте, сказали она делается сутки, оставляйте заявку и приходите за ней завтра ( уточнила она во всех отделениях делается сутки, ответили да!). После этого отказалась делать у них. Зашла на следующий день в другое о деление сделали справки за минуту. Больше в это отделение ни ногой.

Хочу сказать огромное спасибо Зинченко Ю.А. приятная девушка, встречает с улыбкой, с доброжелательным лицом, все объяснит. Что не скажу о других сотрудников. Спасибо Юлия Андреевна за Вашу доброту и отзывчивость. Побольше бы таких сотрудников.

Хочу оставить отзыв так как однажды сотрудники пошли мне на встречу, и выдали мне большую сумму с депозита несмотря на то, что я не заказал её заранее. Нужно было оплатить покупку и сотрудники решили обойтись без формальностей. Спасибо им.

Был в этом отделении Сбербанка России, оплачивал коммунальные платежи. Отделение большое, у входа дежурит сотрудница Сбербанка которая помогает определиться куда идти, либо платить через автоматы или записываться в очередь на прием к специалисту. Мне нужно было просто заплатить, поэтому я просто подошел к автоматам и все заплатил самостоятельно. Сервис понравился.
