Мне нравится наше отделение, терминалы для записи в окна на обслуживание, чистота, вежливость персонала по отношению к клиентам банка. Да, конечно, минус, что на втором этаже, очереди тоже иногда бывают, в час пик)) но не всегда. Банкоматы есть, правда в последнее время сломан 1-2... По сравнению с отделением на Судостроительной ул. это отделение нравится больше =)

отличное расположение банка, единственное банкомат тоже как и банк находиться на втором этаже, тежеловато особенно зимой подниматься на второй этаж, а так в целом очередей ни разу не наблюдала, полноценное обслуживание.
