Чисто,улыбчивые сотрудники, как и везде бывают очереди к банкоматам (которых в холле 5) и к сотрудникам ( 11 окон). Частое отсутствие бумаги в автомате с талонами. В целом,быстрее,чем в некоторых отделениях зелёного банка.

Как юрист с продолжительным стажем, в том числе и в финансовой сфере с уверенностью говорю о некомпетентности сотрудников данного отделения при оформлении ипотеки, от слова совсем!!! Оформляла ипотеку в феврале 2020 года, у продавцов квартиры был действующий ипотечный кредит обеспеченный естественно залогом этой самой квартиры и выдана закладная. Во первых, саму закладную мы ждали больше месяца, при этом в приложении Дом клик нам просто порой менеджеры ( которые за время сделки сменились ни раз) не отвечали, вопросы игнорировались, и вот алилуя закладная в банке и казалось бы всё ок, но не тут то было. Подписываем документы и на мой вопрос, а почему сотрудник банка не едет с нами одновременно сдать закладную, получаю ответ из 90-х, оказывается сотрудник банка потом в другой день звонит продавцам и они второй раз едут в Росреестр!! Для справки вашим юристам!!! Во всех цивилизованных финансовых структурах ( к коей вы не относитесь) уважают время клиентов и такие вещи делают сразу, пока и продавец здесь и едет с покупателем в Росреестр. Но всё бы ничего, проходит две недели, а сделка приостановлена, а всё потому, что банк попросту забыл, о своих обязательствах увезти закладную. В итоге сделка затянута ещё на 10 дней из-за нерадивых сотрудников и отсутствия оптимизации процессов выдачи ипотечных кредитов. Итог, я как Покупатель несу расходы по съемному жилью, продавцы не могут заехать в новое жилье из-за отсутствия денег! Резюмирую...вы больше не мой банк, а я больше ни ваш клиент и мнение о ваших сотрудниках соответсвующее!
