Обслуживание там быстрое и доступное,но банкоматы ужасные(((вечно тормозят и часто работает один,очереди создает.

Долбонский банк ! Танковая 41. Терминал не работает , отстояла живую очередь , оказывается надо было в другой зал .... снова очередь .... а раньше нельзя было людям сказать что кому перевыпуск карт или касса нужна - занимайте очередь в другой зал отдельно 🤷🏽‍♀️ Два года назад после замужества пришла с документами чтобы сменили карточку и фамилию . Документы мне поменяли , а карточку оставили на прежней фамилии , сказали неважно . В итоге сейчас заказала перевыпуск по истечении срока и карту не отдают 🤷🏽‍♀️🤦🏽‍♀️🤦🏽‍♀️🤦🏽‍♀️ но там ведь все данные по паспорту и даже свидетельство о браке есть в базе !!!!!! Бред ! Тупость ! Сбербанк 👌🏼👍🏽 Итог : ушла без карты , а чтобы ее забрать нужно придти со свидетельством о браке и они ее будут заново перевыпускать. Зачеееем??? Зачем приходить со свидетельством , если там уже есть данные моего свидетельства . В общем прихожу ТРЕТИЙ РАЗ , чтобы забрать карту , но на этот раз уже с грудным ребёнком в коляске . Так как не с кем было оставить . Получила карту , выхожу . И администратор открыта первую дверь , чтобы я прошла с коляской . Только первую ! Извините , а что , две другие у вас легко открываются и приспособлены для клиентов с колясками ( или на колясках). 🤷🏽‍♀️🤷🏽‍♀️🤷🏽‍♀️мне не понятно это . Ужасное обслуживание , ужасное отношение к клиентам .
