Отличное большое отделение сбербанка. Ни разу не попала на очередь. Умиляют новые стажёр навязчивой предлагающие взять кредит или оформить сбережения))

Проблема не то слово, начнём по порядку что бы могли исправить, такое ощущение что принимая новшества у вас не хватает охватить все аспекты проблем. Первое это не полная информация по карте, давайте памятки раз менеджер не может рассказывать, что нужно код создать в банкомате что бы кодовое слово не забыть. Во вторых система блокировки карты из за сомнительных переводов, алё 21 век это век цифровых технологий и вы явно тормазите, сейчас куча систем лояльности, перевожу пример, я покупаю билет на сомалет, хочу пополнить кредитку другую что бы мне были и мили и балы причём хорошие, ваша система блокирует карту и оставляет меня без средств для существования на 4 дня пока я не смогу попасть к вам в отделение, так как я забыл кодовое слово ну или менеджер его не так написал. Но это цветочки, карта убеоаеться с мобильного банка и бинго ты пуст, даже мобильным переводом не можешь вывести. А сберегательный счёт есть в приложении, а мне ещё страховку пытались продать, я чуть не взял блин, но теперь понимаю что она не нужна от слова совсем, буду держать деньги на сберегательном и выводить нужную сумму для оплаты. Да честно после всего вообще подумываю искать другой банк, да и что с женой держим депозиты тоже переведём в другой банк. Выбрали только из за удобства мобильных переводов, не знаешь где и когда деньги кончатся. Я в недоумение, ведь для оплаты приходит код смс, для того что бы получилось кража средств нужно минимум 2 Условия это карта, узнать 3 цифры с зади которые стираю сразу, ещё и телефон вложельца который на биометрии.

Единственный филиал,в котором комфотно,езжу за десять остановок туду,ни разу проблемы не было.каждый месяц там оплачиваю коммуналку.учительская 24 ужас.
