Оформляли потребительский кредит в Родниках. Оформили и одобрили кредит очень быстро, но в нагрузку пришлось оформить как-бы добровольную страховку, объясняя тем, что без неё кредит не одобрят. Страховка составила не много, не мало почти 100 тыс. рублей, которые списались сразу после перечисления денег. В договоре был указан пункт, что в течение 14 дней мы вправе отказаться от страховки и вернуть деньги, но обратившись в отделение банка в Родниках нас напугали тем, что банк будет вынужден пересмотреть проценты по кредиту в сторону увеличения и испортиться кредитная история. Тогда мы с супругой обратились в отделение сбербанка № 8047/333 по ул. Магистральная, 7. В данном отделении работают настоящие специалисты и очень радушные люди, которые нас успокоили, всё как говориться разжевали и объяснили. Особая благодарность выражаем начальнику отделения Чулковой Екатерине Александровне, которая вошла в наше положение, ещё раз разъяснила нам наши плюсы и минусы от отказа от страховки, дала время подумать и в итоге очень быстро, буквально в течение двух дней нам одобрили отказ от добровольной страховки и зачислили на карту данную сумму в полном объёме без изменения кредитного договора и увеличения процентов. А если бы мы не отказались от страховки, то 100 тыс. рублей мы потеряли бы сразу, плюс за 5 лет на эту сумму набежали бы проценты, а это ещё 75 тыс. рублей, в итоге 175 тыс рублей переплаты. Ещё раз выражаем огромную благодарность коллективу отделения сбербанка № 8047/333 по ул. Магистральная, 7. Процветания Вам и побольше благодарных клиентов.
