Отделение чуть опрятнее чем большинство. Из за удобного расположения в зале с банкоматами часто бывают очереди по 2-3 человека на устройство, но это мелочи

Вот не хотела писать этот отзыв. Но сегодня утром меня разбудило чудесное смс о списании 199₽. Месяц назад пришла в ваше отделение перевыпустить карту. Сотрудник вместо оформления карты предлагала много других услуг. Про мобильный банк она уточнила, я ей сказала, что он мне так же нужен, как и на прошлой карте. Через пару дней я узнаю, что она ничего не подключила. Так же, в процессе оформления предложила оформить подписку на Окко 1 руб пробно на месяц. И она сказала: ЕСЛИ ЗАХОТИТЕ, ПРОДЛИТЕ ЧЕРЕЗ МЕСЯЦ. Я согласилась. В итоге сегодня у меня списали 199₽, без моего согласия. Отличное обслуживание. Меньше впаривать надо всякой ненужной ерунды. Научите своих сотрудников правильно доносить информацию. Я понимаю, что им доплачивают за доп.услуги, но нельзя обманывать людей.

Пришёл для получения кредитной карты за 10 минут до закрытия отделения. Сотрудники банка без всяких вопросов задержались после закрытия и выдали карту.
