Я уже оставила свой отзыв на BANKI.RU, хотела бы продублировать здесь, иначе по отзывам складывается совсем негативная картина. Да, помещение тесное, банкоматы не всегда исправны, очереди...Но сотрудники - что на мой взгляд все же важнее! - в основном все знающие, вежливые; к ним лично у меня претензий никогда не было с самого открытия данного отделения. Особую благодарность выражаю Васильеву Михаилу Евгеньевичу (окно 8), к которому уже неоднократно обращалась по разным вопросам с ноября 2019 г. Он неизменно компетентен и при этом доброжелателен, внимателен - вникает во все возникшие проблемы, подсказывает верное решение. Желаю всем отделениям Сбера таких сотрудников и выражаю признательность руководству за правильный подбор кадров, т.к. подобные Михаилу Васильеву и являются «лицом» Сбербанка, внушают доверие к нему.
