По сравнению с другими отделениями сбербанка, это отделение выделяется вежливостью и компетенцией сотрудников. Каждый! сотрудник подошел ко мне, поинтересовался по какому я вопросу, подсказали что нужно сделать, извинились за ожидание, хотя оно составляло не более 5 минут, все подробно объяснили, быстро оказали услугу, поздравили с наступающими праздниками и пожелали хорошего дня! Остались лишь положительные эмоции.

Сегодня 16.07.2019 в 18:15 получил талон М008 обмен валюты, планировал приобрести 50 евро. На кассе меня потребовали предъявить паспорт, я объяснил что паспорт с собой не взял и буквально неделю назад покупал валюту без каких либо проблем. В итоге мне отказали, я очень торопился рассчитывал на данное отделение. Пришлось искать другой ближайший банк, заехал в отделение на Фрунзе 90/1, там операцию провели без предъявления паспорта. Возникают вопросы, разве может такое быть что банк один, а условия диктует каждый филиал свои.
