Ужасное отношение к клиентам! Хотела внести деньги на карту, приложила её, положила 3 тысячи в банкомат, он заглючил и попросил забрать купюры, которые не принял. Там было 2 тысячи. Банкомат завис, я обратилась к сотруднице банка. С недовольным лицом она подошла к банкомату, пыталась понажимать кнопки, но безуспешно. Далее меня отправили к другому сотруднику. На мой рассказ мне ответили «Девушка, а такое вообще бывает? Вы чего придумываете тут?» Это что за хамское отношение??? После этих слов вообще не хотелось находиться там, но нужно было как то решить проблему. Далее у сотрудниц началась какая то ссора. Скажите, пожалуйста, нормально ли выяснять отношения, когда у вас сидят клиенты?? Женщина, которая меня оформляла была участником этой ссоры и почему то стала чуть ли не вырывать у меня паспорт и карту из рук, что бы оформить возврат. Разве это нормальное поведение? Обычно люди вежливо просят об этом. Деньги вернулись на карту в тот же вечер, проблем с этим не было. Хоть я и живу в соседнем доме от этого Сбербанка, в это отделение я больше ни ногой! И никому не советую! Подбирайте, пожалуйста, персонал, который любит свою работу и уважает других людей!
