Отвратительное отделение!!! Ездила туда несколько раз, чтобы отдать документы о том, что строящееся жильё, на которое я взяла ипотеку не построилось в срок. Некомпетентные сотрудники постоянно направляли меня за какими-то не достающими документами. В итоге, собрав все документы, я в очередной раз приехала, и просидела в очереди как обычно полтора часа! После чего выяснилось что компания застройщик давно отправила им уведомление об отсрочке стройки!

постоянно не работают банкоматы или возникают проблемы с банкоматами, причем со всеми. приходится пользоваться кассой, в которой огромная очередь. не знаю как здесь было раньше, но уже месяц так.

Худшее отделение!!! Карту третий раз предложили переделать… Никак не могут правильно оформить! Отсутствие компетенции у всех! Так и не получилось воспользоваться услугами Сбербанка)))
