Пришёл в сбербанк утром самым первым, и взяв талон с номером M001 я сразу направился к окну. Показав порванную купюру с номиналом 100 рублей, мне отказали и попросили предъявить паспорт. Но паспорта не было и страховой полис в качестве альтернативы не подошёл. Первый раз встречаю такой бред, чтобы из-за 100 рублей нужно было идти домой и брать документ. Пошёл в другой банк и без проблем поменял. Если вам надо заменить порванные купюры никогда сюда не заходите.

8 ноября 2016 пришла досрочно погасить кредит. Долго возились. Посчитали. Потом оказалось, кредит записан на старый паспорт. Сейчас новый. В грубой форме отказали в погашении. Потребовала документ об отказе. Естественно не дали. Сказала не уйду пока не погашу. Тогда сотрудница разорвала мое заявление и сказала, что его не было. А на руках у меня находился 2 экземпляр заявления. Сказала, что пойду в суд. Тогда сразу засуетились. После двухчасового хулиганства стали решать проблему.
