10.05.пришел вместе своей бывшей коллегой, человеком совершенно одиноким, инвалидом 2 группы, страдающим сосудистым заболеванием головного мозга, которая не может обойтись без посторонней помощи, в Отделение Сбербанка, расположенного по адресу улица Академика Королева, с целью снять небольшую сумму денег для нее на текущие расходы. (4 тысячи).Операционистка Ершова М. и не пыталась разобраться в ситуации, ее вопрос «А какое я имею отношение к этой карте?», со мной разговаривать отказалась. Отвеч аю: «К карте никакого, но я привык помогать людям, тем более которые оказались в трудном положении и которых я знаю много- много лет.» Если мое присутствие не положено по инструкции, надо было объяснить алгоритм действий. Неужели не было видно, что человек не совсем адекватен, если не может набрать повторно код. А деньги она хотела снять себе на продукты, я заходил к ней перед своим визитом в Сбербанк. У ней дома ни крошки. Бессовестные! Более черствого и бесчеловечного отношения к людям я не встречал. Я не знаю как я ей дальше смогу помогать.
