Как плюсы: много касс, центральное отделение, можно снять большую сумму денег. Минусы: ожидать своей очереди в последнее время приходится все дольше и дольше. Касса валюты может вообще не работать, при том что выдается талон на электронную очередь, в последнее время прождала более тридцати минут, после чего вызвали в 17-ю кассу, где обмен валюты не происходил и кассир сказала ждать пока не пройдет пересчет денег. Когда он закончится она не знала, как и то, есть ли вообще валюта. Минусы: просят (но это во все отделениях) завести карту для подтверждения операции, а если отказываешься ее получить, недовольны и навязывают ее.

Хороший офис. Это дежурное отделение. Очень удобно, работают до 15:00 в воскресенье. Есть туалет, можно попить, посидеть, просторно, чисто и очень хорошо.

Оформляли сделку по продаже квартиры. Устюшкина Александра не то, что к этим вопросам, к уборке улиц подпускать нельзя. Три косяка за сделку. Меняйте менеджера сразу если назначат сего мушкетера.

Ужасное обслуживание.В отдел ипотечного кредитования даже нет электронной очереди, дейсьвует непонятная живая очередь, обслуживают клиентов непрофессионально, долго.
