Отвратительный офис банка. обслуживание ну очень медленное. эта "единая" очередь собирает целый хвост, аж до дверей. сотрудники сменяются каждый месяц. молоденькие и непрофессиональные девчонки. уставятся в монитор непонимающим взглядом, тычутся по программе минут двадцать и в ответ: извините, но я вам эту операцию провести не могу. Зовут другую, звонят, минут через сорок наконец-то сделали перевод! И злишься на них, а ничего сделать не можешь, т.к. не в моих правилах кричать и ругаться. вздыхаю устало и ухожу. да и девчат этих тоже в принципе жалко, поэтому и не ругаюсь. они же не виноваты что так бестолково организованна работа. ну посадили бы одного опытного на переводы, другую – на платежки, еще парочку по книжкам обслуживать. сразу все встало бы на свои места. и очередь быстрее бы пошла. и сотрудники каждый на своем месте стал бы лучше в операциях разбираться.

Хороший сбербанк. После реконструкции стало гораздо приятнее приходить сюда. Все происходит быстрее, чем раньше, накладок, лично я, не наблюдал уже давно.. Да и расположен банк удобно.

Персонал ужасный. Никакой вежливости и клиентоориентированности вы здесь не встретите. Подключают платные услуги без согласия! Каждый раз после посещения именно этого отделения возникает желание поменять банк в принципе.
