Не компетентные сотрудники работают в этом банке. Оформила заявление на закрытие счета больше месяца назад, перевод денежных средств на другой счёт так и не поступил, при оформлении заявления сотрудник сказала что деньги получить с закрытой карты нельзя, нужно ждать закрытие счета 30 дней. А оказалось что можно было, Вот как к Вам приходить теперь?
