Самые ужасные сотрудники. Обратилась 18.05 в отделение, попросила кассира перевести деньги на счёт, сделала акцент на фамилию.. в итоге фамилию не ту написала и деньги не дошли. 20.05 обратился брат, чтобы повторно перевести деньги, на входе сотруднику сказали, что только через кассу нужно сделать, она настояла на том, что через мобильный банк можно сделать и она сделает, итог- она указала не верные реквизиты счета. Почему нельзя просьбу клиента исполнить и сделать нормально?!! Из-за ошибок сотрудников банка страдают люди!

Хотелось поблагодарить сотрудника этого отделения Машу.Я зашла просто оплатить квитанцию за квартиру.не ожидала встретить такой квалифицированный прием.Она не только помогла оплатить,но и очень подробно рассказала об услугах банка.Машенька,больших успехов Вам.Спасибо банку за таких квалифицированных сотрудников.
