Работа отделения отвратительная! Постоянно сталкиваемся с ошибками персонала. Сначала перед новым годом муж переоформлял карту. Сотрудник банка неправильно проинформировал его о сроках, в которые необходимо подать документы на переоформление. Потом были неправильно внесены данные паспорта. Карту отправили в другое отделение, а счет в конечном счете заблокировали. И всё это длилось с начала декабря по середину января, больше месяца! И перед праздниками все средства были заблокированы. А сейчас не сработал перевод наличными на карту. Причем у меня самой карты нет, моего телефона в базе нет, они вроде и нашли деньги, но никак не могли со мной связаться. А сообщить об ошибке операции на номер телефона, закрепленный за владельцем карты, тоже ума не хватило. Обещали перевод в течение суток, а теперь заявление будет рассматриваться неделю. Персонал по многим вопросам оказывается не компетентен. Приходится пользоваться этим отделением, т.к. у мужа там зарплатная карта, и это самое ближнее к дому отделение.

Один раз в этом отделении допустили ошибку в дате моего рождения, из-за чего получение карты затянулось в эпопею. Но в целом всё хорошо, нужные операции выполняются достойно

Отвратительное место. Очередь не двигается, сотрудники еле живые. У стоек информации никого нет. Полчаса прождал очередь, чтобы узнать, что данная девочка мой вопрос решить не может. Перевела на хамящую бабку, которая компьютер, ощущение, видит впервые в жизни. Плюс консультантам в зале. Когда они есть, вежливые и отзывчивые.

В Сбербанке на Днепропетровской улице,3/5 много месяцев подряд не работает электронная очередь. Менеджеры не справляются с разведением потоков посетителей, в результате возникают конфликты и неразбериха.
