Ужасное обращение! Хамоватый молодой человек, да к тому плохо знает свою работу! Пришли подавать документы на потребительский кредит без поручителей на сумму 1,5 млн. рублей. Отказал нам в грубой форме, сказав, что такой кредит без поручителей не оформят ни в одном отделении сбера. Долго объясняла, что на сайте, и у операторов поддержки другая информация. Как об стенку. В итоге обратились в другое отделение, и спокойно подали документы. Зачем держать таких сотрудников, если они свои же продукты не знают?!

Зайдя совсем недавно в сбер,была приятно удивлена что всё так хорошо сделали,быстрое, вежливое обслуживание 👍 последний раз я была здесь 7-8 лет назад! Даже скажу что уютно,комфортно! 😊если конечно кто помнит как было раньше!?
