Большинство отделений современные и встроенные, это отделение находится на Красной, а впечатление, что что заехал в глухую тайгу

Закрыл досрочно ипотеку, пришло СМС что процедура снятия обременения началась. Так же в СМС было указано что обременение будет снято в течении 30 дней календарных дней. Через полтора месяца, я звоню уточняю результат. Мне говорят что закладную они потеряли, приезжайте через пару дней получите её. После чего я её должен отнести в МФЦ. Потеряли документы, обременение не сняли. Время протянули. Не СБЕРБАНК, а ЦИРК в котором работают одни клоуны.

Очень долгая работа отдела ипотеки!! Ипотеку оформляли с 9:30 до 17часов вечера!! Сбербанк самый долгий банк из всех который я встречал

Обратилась в ипотечный отдел за консультацией. Сотрудника сразу оповестила о том, что являюсь доверенным лицом на основании нотариальной доверенности. На мой вопрос ответить не смогла (разговаривала грубо) , сказала нужно обратиться на горячую линию. А там( как оказалось) только собственник имеет право узнать информацию по ипотечному договору и порекомендовали обратиться в ближайшее отделение. Крайнего не найти. Никто не предоставляет информацию должным образом. Ужасное обслуживание

Оформили ипотеку,а теперь не можем догнать документы сроки уже все вышли!!!! Ужастное информирование они ничего не знают. Больше сюда НИКОГДА не пойду!!!!!!!! Не соглашайтесь на электронную регистрацию в этом банке!!!!!
