Сегодня 30.04.2020г. хотела внести деньги на карту и планировала открыть вклад. Но, проблема: 03.04.2030 исполнилось 45 лет. В условиях коронавирус не имела возможности поменять паспорт. Встретили, как преступника, вопреки указу Президента от 18.04.2020 № 275 и сказали, что программа, ещё не работает под этот приказ. Сказали, что их клиенты меняют паспорта и МФЦ работают. И кто хочет, тот меняет паспорт. Как? Фото с Нового года на паспорт? Если ничего не работает. 30.04.2020г. Сбербанку Указ Президента не Указ?
