Некомпетентные сотрудники, три разных человека в три разных дня дают абсолютно разную информацию по одному и тому же вопросу. В итоге ничего конкретного не получилось, пришлось обращаться в другой банк. Зато как кредиты и сим-карты предлагать - это мы самые первые. Две звездочки только из-за одной адекватной сотрудницы.

Работает 5 банкоматов, практически всегда. Очередь проходит нормально. Персонал может навязать пенсионерам "дополнительные услуги", такое уже было. Впарили бабушке сим карту, которая была не нужна ей абсолютно. Короче содрали двести рублей, а когда попросили вернуть деньги, сказали что тариф уже активирован и деньги списались....
