Сборище жулья. А Греф - главный жулик. Не поставил кол только потому, что им удобно пользоваться, ибо конторы его буквально в каждой подворотне, да и банкомат напиханы где только можно.

Очереди! в любое время постоянно. И так как поток людей большой делают всё, чтоб быстрее спровадить людей, в том числе хамят. Обслуживаюсь в ближайших отделениях где меньше времени и нервов заберут.
