В этом большом отделении Сбербанка собрано три маленьких. Хорошо. Удобно. Без очереди не обходится, но сильно не напрягает. Вежливые сотрудники.

Жалко, что оценку 0 не поставить. Банкоматы не работают, грязь, график работы с 9 до 20.00 в субботу сокращённый график, а в воскресенье вообще не работают. И это единственный сбер на несколько районов и находится у метро.

Моя оценка ноль! Посетив данный филиал Сбербанка на Свободном проспекте д. 33, обнаружили закрытую дверь и лист бумаги на котором было написано, что в связи с отключением электроэнергии банк не работает. Лично для меня проблемы не было прийти еще раз 50, но я сопровождала пожилую, 67-ми летнюю, женщину, для получения перевыпущенной пенсионной карты. В такую погоду добираться пешком до банка пожилому человеку очень трудно.Если бы контактный центр Сбербанка предоставлял своим клиентам и нформацию о внештатных ситуациях филиалов, то пожилые люди не тратили свои силы и здоровье, чтобы по гололеду впустую посещать Сбербанк!Вот и сегодня, позвонив в контактный центр, и уточнив: «Работает ли точно сегодня филиал на Свободном 33?» Получила ответ, что такой информации мне предоставить не могут. То есть нас вновь ожидает прогулка по льду....Огромная просьба к руководству, к информационному отделу, разработайте и внедрите в свою систему возможность уточнять работает ли в данный момент определенный филиал. Мы же все таки ваши клиенты. – показать
