ГРУБЫЙ ПЕРСОНАЛ. Решила я пойти вчера в Сбербанк(Солнцево Парк,ул.Летчика Ульянина,5) , время было уже 18:50. Была я у них вчера первый раз. До скольки они работали я не знаю. Дверь уже закрыта была,но клиенты и сотрудники были внутри помещения. И тут открывается дверь,выходит клиент, а я решила зайти. Так на меня там одна сотрудница так наехала,что я пожалела,что туда пошла. "Девушка,мы уже закрыты" - это надо было слышать и видеть каким тоном она мне это сказала. Очень грубая сотрудница. Уволить бы таких. Нет чтоб нормально объяснить,так она на меня еще наехала.

Неуважение к своему клиенту и издевательство. Не указывают информацию о том что банк не работает и на ремонте, потратила время на дорогу просто так, карту придётся перевыпускать и тратить дополнительное, лишнее время на это, спасибо вам большое. Обращаться в ваше отделение больше не планирую и никому не советую.
