Мы с женой всегда работали со СБЕРБАНКОМ. Качество обслуживания максимальное. В этом офисе такое ощущение, что не хотят работать. Хотели открыть счет на имя жены (РУССКАЯ ГРАЖДАННОСТЬ), но забыли внутренний паспорт в ИСПАНИИ (у нас там дом). У нас был только загранпаспорт. Мы позвонили в службу поддержки клиентов, и они сказали нам, что ДА, мы можем открыть счет, без проблем. Приходим в этот офис и... нам говорят, что с загранпаспортом НИЧЕГО нельзя сделать. Мы звоним в службу поддержки клиентов в присутствии этого человека, и они говорят: «Да, пусть откроют нам счет». Человек в банке снова звонит и сообщает оператору, что мы потеряли паспорт или что-то в этом роде. У нас есть загранпаспорт, недавно продленный) то есть есть национальный паспорт. «Странное» решение человека в банке: открыть счет на мое имя. Откройте счет на имя испанца, у которого есть миграционная карта только со сроком пребывания 15 дней. Сумасшествие, ОНИ НЕ ОТКРЫВАЮТ СЧЕТ НА ГРАЖДАНИНА РОССИИ (имеющего недвижимость в России и за рубежом), НО ОНИ ОТКРЫВАЮТ СЧЕТ НА РОССИЙСКОГО И ИНОСТРАННОГО НЕРЕЗИДЕНТА. ПОДЧЕРКНУЮ, ОТНОШЕНИЕ К ЛЮДЯМ ТАМ УЖАСНОЕ. КАК ИСПАНСКИЙ Я НЕ РЕКОМЕНДУЮ ЭТОТ БАНК ПОСЛЕ БЫТЬ В ЭТОМ ОФИСЕ. МЫ ПРИШЛИ В 15:00, БЫЛО 16:00, И МЫ ЕЩЕ БЫЛИ ТАМ. ЭТА ОФИСА НАРУШАЕТ ИМИДЖ СБЕРБАНКА. В ЗАВЕРШЕНИЕ, МОЯ ЖЕНА ЗАХОДИТ ПОМЕНЯТЬ ЕВРО НА РУБЛИ, И ЧЕРЕЗ 10 МИНУТ ЧЕЛОВЕК ГОВОРИТ, ЧТО НЕ МОЖЕТ ОБМЕНИТЬ ДЕНЬГИ ПО ЗАРУБЕЖНОМУ ПАСПОРТУ. МЫ ХОТИЛИ ОБМЕНИТЬ 5000 ЕВРО И ВВЕСТИ ИХ НА СЧЕТ, ПО СДЕЛКЕ БЫЛО ОБМЕНЕНО ТОЛЬКО 1000 ЕВРО. МЫ ПОИСКИМ ДРУГОЙ ВАРИАНТ ОБМЕНА И ИСПОЛЬЗУЕМ НАЛИЧНЫЕ. ВСЕ СПАСИБО ЭТИМ РАБОТНИКАМ, КОТОРЫМ НЕ ЗАБОТАЕТ ОБ ИМИДЖЕ БАНКА. My wife and I have always worked with SBERBANK. The quality of service is maximum. This office feels like they don't want to work. They wanted to open an account in the name of their wife (RUSSIAN CITIZENSHIP), but they forgot their internal passport in SPAIN (we have a house there). We only had a foreign passport. We called customer service and they told us that YES we can open an account, no problem. We come to this office and... we are told that NOTHING can be done with the international passport. We call customer service in the presence of this person, and they say: “Yes, let them open an account for us.” The person at the bank calls again and tells the operator that we lost our passport or something like that. We have a foreign passport, recently renewed) that is, we have a national passport. A “strange” decision by a person at a bank: to open an account in my name. Open an account in the name of a Spaniard who has a migration card with a stay of 15 days only. It's crazy, THEY DO NOT OPEN AN ACCOUNT FOR A RUSSIAN CITIZEN (having real estate in Russia and abroad), BUT THEY OPEN AN ACCOUNT FOR RUSSIAN AND FOREIGN NON-RESIDENTS. I MUST SIGN UP, THE ATTITUDE TO PEOPLE THERE IS TERRIBLE. AS A SPANISH I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS BANK AFTER BEING IN THIS OFFICE. WE CAME AT 3:00 PM, IT WAS 4:00 PM AND WE WERE STILL THERE. THIS OFFICE VIOLATES THE IMAGE OF SBERBANK. FINALLY, MY WIFE WALKS IN TO CHANGE EUROS FOR RUBLES, AND 10 MINUTES AFTER THE MAN SAYS HE CAN’T EXCHANGE THE MONEY WITH A FOREIGN PASSPORT. WE WANTED TO EXCHANGE 5000 EUROS AND CREDIT THEM INTO THE ACCOUNT, IN THE TRANSACTION ONLY 1000 EUROS WAS EXCHANGED. WE WILL SEEK ANOTHER EXCHANGE OPTION AND USE CASH. THANK YOU ALL TO THESE EMPLOYEES WHO DO NOT CARE ABOUT THE IMAGE OF THE BANK.
