Евгения Прудникова, супер специалист, за минуту выдала перевод moneygram. хотя в интернете начиталась отзывов , что его сложно получить. Да и вообще отделение хорошо работает, очереди небольшие.

Приносил 5 раз в СБ квитанции на оплату дошкольного воспитания внучки за её маму-мою дочку. В кассовом чеке нужно было ставить имя плательщика — моей дочери, я имел при себе нотариально заверенную доверенность от неё на совершение действий в банках. Каждый раз невнимательные операторы делали ошибки и переделывали чеки. То имя плательщика, указанного на квитанции об оплате, перепутают, то вообще не вставят. Это важно для дочери, так как она отдаёт квитанцию с чеком, подтверждающим оплату, в свою организацию. Последний раз 06.04.2016 я предупредил оператора, чтобы не было ошибок в написании ФИО плательщика-моей дочери. Неожиданно, так как ранее никогда не требовалось для совершения этой операции ни в одном отделении Сбербанка, оператор потребовал у меня паспорт. На мой вопрос, где прочитать и каким законодательным актом возник этот порядок, ответа не получил, кроме «115-фз» ни год, ни дату создания этого ФЗ не смогли сказать все, с кем я пытался решить возникший вопрос: ни оператор, ни зам рук-ля Хромов СС, Неграш СА, ни руководитель отделения Наталья Владимировна и ещё одна работница после неё. Уверен, что они были неправы, но защищали друг друга — корпоративное согласие во всём, даже если нарушают законодательство. – показать
