Сотрудники отделения бегают курить в соседние дворы, как школьники и школьницы.. работодатель по закону обязан организовать им место для курения. Ужасное отделение. Заходил закрывать счета, к сожалению, попал не к рядовым сотрудникам, а к руководителю доп.офиса, просидел перед ней полчаса: 15 минут решала какие-то рабочие вопросы и ругалась на сотрудников, ещё 15 минут пыталась втюхать банковские продукты, НО счета так и не закрыла, а отправила к сотруднице в окошке, которая в итоге и решала вопрос по которому пришёл в данное отделение. Причем этой сотруднице пришлось задержаться после окончания рабочего дня, чтобы завершить работу с такими же перенаправлены и руководительницей клиентами, как я. Итоговая оценка: сотрудница в окошке 5; Руководительница доп офиса, которой наплевать на время клиентов - 2 с минусом до самого дома.
