В целом неплохой персонал и с нормольными банкоматами. Но один раз мне нужно было получить простейшую справку... Первый день меня попросили придти завтра к 18:00, будет все готово. К сожалению никакой справки не подготовили с обяснением: мы перегружены, В итоге вопрос решился только на третий день.

Добрый день, я Устинова Наталья Леонидовна, вчера написала заявление на замену карты (по адресу ул. Пронская дом 2), т.к. ее на вернул автомат. Это было в Морозовской больнице, где я работаю. Сегодня приехали Ваши сотрудники «заправлять» банкомат и по паспорту вернули мне карту. Прошу не отдавать мое заявление на переработку карты. После работы зайду. Мой телефон 8-906-034-29-21. Спасибо.
