Банк как родной, обслуживают операциониста очень хорошо, внимательные все! Единственное претензия как всегда к Сбербанку - друзья у вас что терминалы закончились? Сколько можно жаловаться? Терминалы на входе не работают несколько лет и вы их не меняете и не ремонтируете!

Всё операции чуть сложнее выдачи пенсии и оплаты квитанции — только в пятое окно по живой очереди! Легко можно потерять на этом 1,5—2 часа.
