По уровню обслуживания и безопасности Сбербанк является, на мой взгляд, самым надёжным банком из всех. Но, как и везде, имеет место навязывание кредитов или страхования - жизни, жилья и т.п.

Я обратилась в выше указанное отделение28.08.2019 за перевыпущенной картой, предварительно включив диктофон, так как без него мне уже страшно входить в отделения Сбербанка. При получении перевыпущенной Карты, Сотрудник банка навязала мне услугу регистрации биометрии (фото лица и запись голоса). Сотрудник молча достала камеру, попыталась меня сфотографировать, на мой вопрос зачем это, сотрудник ответила что сейчас мы будем проходить регистрацию , на что я ответила что у меня нет времени, и я бы просто хотела забрать карту. Сотрудник банка отказалась мне выдать карту без проведения регистрации биометрии. Так как Карта мне нужна я согласилась. После того как я получила карту я связалась с горячей линией по номеру 900, где мне сказали , что это операция необязательна для получения Карты.
