Это отделение работает когда другие закрыты. Время работы видно на яндекс карте. Нравится местоположение и сотрудники, всегда помогут.

Сидел в очереди 40 минут. Прошел, наконец, к своему окну и меня попросили подождать «пять минуточек». К слову, я ждал 30 минут. Окна 10, 11, 14 тем временем судачили про посетителей, никак не стесняясь клиентов и хохоча в голос на росписью одной из посетительниц.

Декабрь 2019. Был в отделении утром по вопросу получения карты. И несмотря практически пустое отделение мне пришлось прождать более получаса. К чести сотрудников банка вопрос был решен оперативно и крайне вежливо. Да и задержка была не по их вине. Особую благодарность хочу выразить главе отделения за корректность, отзывчивость, и искреннее участие к проблеме клиента. Спасибо за вашу работу!
