Нормальный персонал. Но один нормальный банкомат на отделение, ОДИН, КАРЛ, один!!!!! При этом места хватит на все 5. Постоянно очередь. Часто не работает.

Мне нравится, что отделение маленькое и уютное. Но сотрудники оставляют желать лучшего. Полное отсутствие знания норм делового этикета, договорить не дают, грубят . Сотрудники 50+ похоже вообще не считают правильным быть вежливыми. Я бы назвала имя иллюстрирующей особы, да вот она без бейджика сидела. Тоже любопытный факт, правда? К счастью, высшие должности гораздо приятнее. А так отделение позорит всю сеть банков и её идеалы.

Радует круглосуточный банкомат на улице. В остальном сотрудники очень бесят навязывая услуги и сбермобайл

Небольшой филиал с 6-ю кассами, 3 из них - оплата платежей. Сбербанк славится своими очередями, но этот филиал - лидер. Здесь можно провести и 30, и 50 минут в очереди, чтобы оплатить счета. Недавно появился автомат по приему платежей. Иногда возле него работает консультант, который помогает с оплатой. Хотелось бы, чтобы консультант работал постоянно и активнее предлагал оплатить через банкомат, ведь это существенно разгружает очередь.

Это отделение банка ничем не отличается от других. Обслуживают медленно - постоянно скапливаются очереди. С вентиляцией, также как и везде проблемы. В банке всегда очень душно. В общем, желания сюда ходить оплачивать услуги совсем нет.
