Мать-пенсионерка брала кредит. Навязали страховку, хотя она якобы добровольная. От нее можно отказаться в течение 2 недель. При сумме кредита 335 тыс, страховка составила 35 тыс. Эти 35 тыс должны вернуть по закону, достаточно заявления. Однако персонал во главе с управляющей отделения рьяно отговаривали мать от этих действий, чуть ли не угрожая. Некрасиво господа банкиры наживаться таким путем. Стыдно за ваши методы.
