Нереально неадекватный персонал. При обращении с (казалось бы) простым и быстрым вопросом, растянули процесс на полчаса нервотрепки. Сотрудник выхватил из рук телефон, начал рыться в нем, пытался подключить кучу сомнительных услуг приложения вроде биометрии, и пр. соглашаясь на правила пользования этими услугами от моего лица. Настаивал на том чтобы я отказалась от своего оператора, которым пользуюсь более 10 лет и перешла на их СИМ-карту. На мой отрицательный ответ минут пять настаивал на том, чтобы я это все-таки сделала. Затем подключил абсолютно не нужный мне "мобильный банк" из-за которого у меня до этого два года списывались деньги и который я еле отключила. Не помню как зовут сотрудника, темноволосый мужчина в маске. Никогда больше сюда не зайду и карт сберовских заводить не буду. Свинство и беспредел.

Обращалась в это отделение 27.01.2020. Нужно было сделать справку. Специалист Владимир очень помог в этом вопросе. Компетентен, вежлив, внимателен к деталям, сделал всё максимально быстро и профессионально. Заранее перезвонили и уведомили, что справка готова и я могу подойти получить.
