Очень не приветливый центр развития бизнеса. Работают вредные недовольные женщины в возрасте. Разговаривают между собой очень громко, находясь в разных углах помещения. Один специалист только вежлива и приветлива, остальные как-будто на рынке работают. Расписание работы в 2гис указано не верно. Приехала в 17.30, а они сказали, что рабочий день офиса закончился, а с моим вопросом нужно приезжать вообще до 16.30. Первый раз, когда приехала к ним, просидела у них 2 часа. 1 час в очереди и 1 час у операциониста. А приехала всего подтвердить бронь на расчетный счет для ип. Политика обслуживания - 20 минут на клиента, а по факту по 1 часу на каждого. После того, как загорелся на табло мой талон, я просидела в ожидании еще 40 минут, потому что обслуживание предыдущего клиента не закончилось, а по политике должно быть не более 20 минут.

Покупал квартиру через это отделение. Начали в 15-00 , закончили после 17-00. Хотел сходить в туалет. Сказали, что туалета нет. Так как я являюсь клиентом сбер премьер, предположил, что в премьере для клиентов есть туалет. Зашёл туда, и не поверил собственным ушам - достаточно раздражённо заявили, сто для клиентов туалета нет - только для сотрудников.
