Просто ужас, кредитные специалисты не могут проконсультировать по ипотеке. "Звоните на горячую линию, они лучше знают" ответили мне. В 9 утра специалист ушёл, никто не знает куда, трубку не берет. Ждала 15 минут. Только время потеряла((

Пришла с целью закрыть счета ВСЕХ заблокированных карт (их 7 шт). Девушка оформила заявление, казалось бы, всё хорошо и по плану. Спустя 30 дней (когда счета и должны закрыться, но они за закрываются) другой сотрудник банка сообщает, что заявление было подано за закрытие только одной карты. А на остальных замороженны деньги, которые сейчас нужны. Хотя сотрудница этого отделения говорила, что будут закрыты ВСЕ счета. Как после этого доверять сотрудникам сбера? Теперь снова идти в другое отделение и опять ждать больше 30ти дней, чтобы получить замороженные деньги?

Сейчас в любом Сбербанке очередь всегда небольшая – спасибо системе электронной очереди. Банк без очередей не найти, но здесь она движется довольно быстро. Все специалисты вежливые и квалифицированные, все внятно объясняют и показывают, в терминалах Сбербанка очень легко запутаться, но консультанты всегда помогают в работе с ними. Очень удобная у Сбербанка система интернет-банкинга, одна из лучших. Сбербанк постоянно работает над своими услугами и сервисом, становиться все лучше и лучше. Рекомендую как банк, так и этот филиал конкретно.

Лет 7 тому назад получала там свою первую карту. как сейчас помню этот день. Раза 3 переписывала анкету. обслуживание очень не понравилось. Консультанты считают себя богинями, сидят с задранными к небу носами. Просто жуть! Может сейчас по другому, но тогда это было именно так, как я изложила.
