Относительно нормально, было хуже, когда в 2 банкомата (снять-положить) была одна очередь.!. Сейчас несколько таких банкоматов и если не ломаются, очередей нет.!. С оплатой квитков и т.д. тож свободно.!. Жаль "кофе с ржаным круассаном" не дают.!.

Всегда людно, банкоматы работают не все, иногда вообще ни один не работает. Если решил банк содержать круглосуточную точку с банкоматоми, то почему же они не работают кругосуточную? У меня была ситуация: надо сделать платеж через внесение наличных, зная что днем здесь всегда многолюдно и банкоматы работают кругосуточную, отложил да вечера эту процедуру. А вечером облом: ни людей нет, ни банкоматы ни один не работает. Стою с пачкой денег, а платеж сделать не могу. Сбербанку киенты не нужны! А в критической ситуации на это отделение, как и вообще на Сбер надеяться не стоит. В момент аварийного отключения электроэнергии с 19.11.20 по 23.11.20 банк просто забил на всех. Рядом коммерсанты нашли генераторы чтобы продолжить работу, а Сберу было до "лампочки", люди покупали продукты в долг, потому что не могли обслужиться в Сбере. Позорище!

Зашла в 10 утра 14 декабря 2019 г. в фойе с банкоматами и ужаснулась! На полу лужи грязи, была в белом комбинезоне, вышла вся обляпанная. Управляющему и дела нет до чистоты в фойе! В фойе нечем дышать, чуть не потеряла сознание, печки включены на всю мощь! Не смогла оплатить все квитанции, пришлось выходить на улицу за свежим воздухом. Обратите внимание, к вам заходят люди!
