Обслуживание ужасное. Мне пришла СМС, что до марта я должна перевыпустить карту. 25 декабря зашла в банк. Народа практически не было. 4 работника банка бегали друг за другом. Спросить точно какой надо взять талон у меня не получилось, но меня был ещё один вопрос -изменить кодовое слово.Взяла - на перевыпуск карты. Просила 20 мин. Потом на ходу оператор стал спрашивать какие у меня вопросы. Я объяснила, что мне пришла СМС, и в ответ я услышала с ухмылкой, что сейчас не март и даже не 2020год , наверное подумал, что я потерялась во времени. Тогда я задаю второй вопрос, по поводу заменить кодовое слово. И мне отвечают, что я не правильно взяла талон ( но спросить мне было не у кого). Я говорю, что это же связано с картой. И опять с такой ухмылкой оператор начинает меня учить однокоренным словам. При всём нашем разговоре я стояла ( мой возраст 57 лет) ,и только после того как я стала уходить от " такого обслуживания", мне в спину молодой человек стал говорить, что переведёт к другому оператору. Я ушла . Впечатления от этого помещения банка было просто ужасное. Эту карту я закрою, и больше никогда не обращаюсь в сбербанк. Я не помню имя оператора, и не хочу знать. Талон у меня был Т-015, окно 5. Это информация для администрации банка.
