Банкоматы работают исправно и не вызывают проблем. Сотрудники вежливые, однако по брокерскому обслуживанию ответ в стиле "где карту открывали - туда и идите!". Вообщем, сами ничего решить на месте не могут, говорят, что ближайший офис, где есть уполномоченные по этому вопросу сотрудники находится в Санкт-Петербурге, но утешают, говорят: "Вот буклетик, позвоните по этому номеру, возможно вам помогут".

К сожалению, вынужден быть Клиентом банка ввиду того, что живу в России. На самом деле и одной звезды для этого предприятия много. Интересно, как проверяются компетенции сотрудников, если на многие банальные вопросы ответить не могут. О сервисе понятия работники абсолютно никакого не имеют. Курсы всегда крайне невыгодны, ставки по вкладам и другим услугам позорно неконкурентноспособны. Единственное, что прекрасно умеют сотрудники - это, скорее всего планово, навязывать услуги, причем более всего неприятно, когда эти услуги подключаются на карту родственникам, а позже, естественно, никто ни в чем не виноват.

Хороший и просторный банк - и зона 24/7 радует, и даже когда не всегда знаешь, какой электронный талон выбрать, девушки подскажут. Удобно, что сидишь и ждёшь спокойно своей очереди - никто не пытается лезть впереди тебя, да и сидя в кресле, чувствуешь, что банк заботится о клиентах (особенно пожилому населению в очереди тяжелее стоять).
