Был единственный раз. Нужно было взять выписку со счета для оформления визы. В холле много банкоматов, все работают. Народу не много (будний день, около 14.00). У входа девушка консультант, вежливо поинтересовалась чем может помочь. Объяснил ситуацию, дала мне талончик и сказала сразу проходить в окно номер 2. На табло уже загорелся мой номер. Оператор вежлива, приветлива, за пару минут всё сделала. Сразу поинтересовался как заблокировать карту другого региона. Перенаправила в соседнее окно, на котором тут же загорелся мой номер (талончик тот же). Там тоже не провел более 5 минут. Остался очень доволен. Ставлю 5
