Сотрудники данного отделения дезинформируют своих клиентов. Являюсь владельцем 2 карт, одна получена во Пскове, вторая в Москве, хотела закрыть карту Москвы, т.к переводы до 50 000 стали без комиссии между регионами, сотрудник 3 окна, работающий 10.07.2020 об этом не в курсе, в итоге карту не закрыла, т.к сотрудник скзала, что комиссии не отменены, но я проверила переводом с псковской карты на московскую другому клиенту, это не правда. Так что данной картой пользоваться мне нет смысла, зачем тогда я должна платить лишний раз годовое обслуживание, в итоге придётся еще раз обращаться в отделение, тратить свое время. Больше в данное отделение не пойду, советую обращаться в другое. После подобных случаев думаю переходить на другой банк, т.к переводы между банками теперь тоже стали доступны без комиссии. Слишком часто со сбербанком у меня проблемы.

Отказался получать кредитную карту. Отказали в закрытии счета из за плохого паспорта. Как оформить или получить кредит паспорт не играет роли , а если вам нужно то что не принесет менеджеру баллы будут грубить.
