Ребят, почему написано что время работы до 17.30, я приехала в 17.10 и было уже закрыто. Интересно пени,за просроченный платёж мне кто оплатит. Я работаю, раньше не могу прийти.....

Сегодня, 28 июля, моя мама посетила ваше отделение, чтобы оплатить льготный проезд в муниципальном транспорте для ветеранов труда. Оператор в окне №7 не принял оплату, сославшись на то, что с июля такой вид оплаты возможен только через банкомат, а оператором не принимается. Пенсионерке 83 года, проживает одна, я нахожусь в другом городе, у неё плохое зрение и здоровье, а банкоматом она никогда не пользовалась, все операции по банку проводились только через оператора, что и было сказано сотруднику, а в ответ он предложил спросить там у кого-нибудь у банкомата, как им пользоваться. Очередь к банкоматам была приличная и ей пришлось уйти ни с чем. В каждом отделении есть администратор или сотрудник, обязанность которого помочь клиенту, испытывающему затруднения, но такового почему-то не нашлось. Как можно предлагать просить помощь у посторонних людей, среди которых могут быть недобросовестные лица, тем более, что случаи мошенничества только растут. Ваш клиент ушёл из банка, не получив необходимую ему услугу. Я тоже пенсионер и клиент Сбербанка, но впервые сталкиваюсь с таким отношением к клиенту.
